Nigel Chapman
City Councillor for Headington Hill & Northway
Nigel has been a City Councillor for Headington Hill & Northway since 2016 and has lived in the city for over 25 years. He has successfully taken up numerous issues for local people, improving the quality of housing and fighting unsuitable developments in the ward. He helped save the Northway Police station from closure and actively supports the Northway Community Association and Parasol. He is also a Governor at New Marston Primary School.
